	IPM's Clamp Frames With Close to 100,000 feet in use today, our Clamp Frame out performs the competition in many ways. Due to our serrated gripping jaws one of the major benefits is that our Clamp Frame needs less than 1" beyond the mold size to hold the sheet during the heating and forming stage. In addition, our Clamps can grip up to 1/2" thick materials without slippage. This translates into a 5% to 20% savings in sheet size compared to pin-bar type systems. Furthermore, our Clamps will adapt to most existing Thermoformers in use today.

Our pattern shop is staffed by certified jouneyman patternmakers. The focus of our pattern shop is a 5-axis machining center large enough to handle patterns and castings of any size. This total CAD/CAM package coupled with talented individuals gives us infinite capabilities in the design and manufacture of patterns made to your exacting specifications.

Hard Coat Cylinders

Our air cylinders are CNC machined in house to exacting tolerances and use high temp Viton o-rings to withstand the harsh enviroment of the heating cycle. We then hard coat the cylinder to reduce friction and to extend the life up to 5 times that of uncoated cylinders.
